The meanest men in the west

Charles Bronson and Lee Marvin are pitted against one another in this blazing western saga af hatred and revenge. As murderous half-brothers on the run from the law and each other, the two collide head-on when psychotic badman Marvin attempts to settle a lifelong score with his equally infamous and equally deadly brother. After a series of hair-raising kidnaps, betrayals, gunfights and ambushes, the two outlaws face-off for the final time. Cowritten and codirected by Samuel Fuller, the sagebrush drama also stars Lee J. Cobb, in one of his last roles, along with James Drury, Charles Grodin and Albert Salmi.
