The Proliferation of Anti-Dumping and Poor Governance in Emerging Economies : casestudies of China and South Africa

This Discussion paper proposes improving anti-dumpings (AD) procedural institutions by enhancing the quality of public governance in the formulation of AD decisions by national authorities.
