Shepard is a soldier of unparalleled skill. But in 1970, his Special Forces attack squad was brutally massacred in an ambush. Fed up and hateful, he disappears into the wilds, learning how to sleep with his eyes wide open. Shepard has survived in this perilous land for over 15 years with only his native wife. But his wife is expecting a child, and Shepard reluctantly recognizes that a jungle is no place to raise a baby. He moves away from the cover of the jungle, but are the soldiers surrounding him on a mission of rescue or murder?
