""We wanted to keep the record as live as possible,"" säger Miller, ""so we recorded it live and did lots of takes. That was important to us, because we"'ve been a live band for our whole career, and we wanted that to come across in the recordings, that feel of guys playing in a space together. We worked long days in the studio for about a month, we just played the songs over and over, pushing ourselves to maintain the high energy level of our shows.""
