Ur en källare i New Jersey grundade och styrde Tommy Falcone Cleopatra Records från 1962 till 1970 där han upptäckte och vägledde lokala talanger, skrev låtar och producerade. Falcone besatt en vild fantasi och ett öppet sinne till genrer vilket reflekteras i akter som The Centuries, the Tabbys, Johnny Silvio, The Inmates, Bernadette Carroll, The Hallmarks, Vickie & the Van Dykes, The Shandillons, Eugene Viscione, The Shoestring och många fler.
