Duane Bradley (Kevin Van Hentenryck) and his brother Belial are very close. So close in fact that Duane carries Belial - his deformed and twisted mutant Siamese twin - with him in a wicker basket wherever he goes, communicating with him telepathically and generally helping him get along in a cruel and heartless world.
