The Deer King (Import)

Feature-length Japanese animation based on the novel series by Nahoko Uehashi. Van (voice of Shinichi Tsutsumi) led a rebellion against the Empire of Zol and lost. Fleeing imprisonment, he meets Yuna (Hisui Kimura), a young girl in need of protection. They fight off a pack of wolves carrying a deadly disease and together they seek peace in the countryside, but as the disease runs rampant, its cause and a cure must be found.
