The Cooler (Ej svensk text)

American drama set in Las Vegas and starring William H. Macy, Alec Baldwin and Maria Bello. When luckless Bernie Lootz (Macy) plays alongside high rollers at the Shangri-La their fortunes invariably take a turn for the worse. The arrangement suits casino boss Shelley Kaplow (Baldwin) whose business style is considered outmoded by upcoming advisers and property developers. Much to his astonishment Bernie begins a relationship with cocktail waitress Natalie (Bello). Once his good fortune begins to rub off on the players at the Shangri-La Shelley does all he can to end the relationship and have his luckless "'cooler"' back.
