Vince Edwards and John Archer star in this film noir directed by Irving Lerner. After Vince Ryker (Edwards) escapes from San Quentin with what he believes to be a container of heroin in his possession, he travels to Los Angeles. However, what he actually carries is a deadly radioactive substance which threatens the lives of everyone in the city. Can the police find him in time to avert disaster?
